Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with GlowBelly. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds and exchanges, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are ingestible health items, opened or used products can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at info@glowcart.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order, including photos where possible, and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Email info@glowcart.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
