Shipping policy

At GlowBelly, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may occasionally take a little longer — we'll always aim to keep you updated by email.

Delivery Times & Costs
We currently ship within Australia via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days
Regional areas: approximately 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. Any current free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout and on our homepage.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International Shipping
At this time, GlowBelly ships within Australia only. If you're contacting us from overseas and would like to place an order, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@glowcart.com.au and we'll follow up with our courier on your behalf.
